Arbor Front Desk
Your experience at Arbor begins when you walk in the door. Our dedicated front desk team looks forward to greeting you with a smile, and assisting you with the check-in process. The process includes completion of various forms, review of insurance and demographic information, and collection of copayments and referrals. The front desk team also helps schedule follow up appointments at the conclusion of your visit, if needed.
Arbor Technicians
Our technicians are well-trained to meet the wishes of each patient and their family. Routinely, the technician will initiate your eye examination by asking questions regarding your eye care needs, and taking various measurements requested by the doctor. Your doctor will review all results with you, as needed. The technicians may be asked to assist with eye drop placement and preparations for lasers and other in-office procedures. Our technicians are committed to providing you with personal attention so that you are comfortable and well-educated during your visit.

If your treatment plan requires surgery, our surgical scheduling team is dedicated to providing prompt and caring service during your time of need.
Arbor Optical
Please visit our optical center at the Homewood office where you will find a first-class optician team. Our experienced staff will work with you to ensure you receive eyewear that meets your desires and provides the best vision possible.
Arbor Call Center
Arbor’s Call Center team looks forward to answering your questions and concerns. If they don’t know the answer, the team will be prompt in finding someone who does. Please call us to schedule your next appointment for you or a loved one.
Arbor Medical Records
Arbor Centers for EyeCare’s Medical Records team works tirelessly to maintain complete patient files in a secure location. They strive to retrieve all records in a timely manner assuring the doctor has all needed materials to allow for a seamless visit. With our transition to electronic medical records, the team continues to innovate toward tracking records of past and present.
Arbor Billing
Arbor’s billing team will review your billing records and help to answer any questions that you might have. The billing team works hard to ensure your claims and all inquiries are processed in a timely manner. We accept many common insurance plans, and patients are able to pay bills using cash, check or credit cards.
